The View: Our engineers configured the lots to allow for optimum mountain views. The lots face Mt Washington (which is bright white with snow 9 months out of the year) and the views sweep toward the south ending at Mount Kearsarge.

The Topography The lots fall away gradually from Black Mountain Road down to the Open Space. This allows for the uphill lots to keep their view when a downhill lot is built upon. The gradual slope also allows for soils to drain well.

From Route 302 in Bridgton head north approximately 3 miles on Knights Hill Road. Take a right on Black Mountain Road and Woodbury Hills is on the left at the top of the hill.
